I turned 49 today. Damn life does move pretty fast. It seems like I graduated high school only a decade ago. Oh well I’m actually in a pretty good place in my life. Would I have done a few things differently? Hell yes but that’s life.

Post your greatest automotive regret.Mine was a 69 Bronco that I didn’t buy because I thought it cost too much. $3650 Bought a 84 CJ instead for 2800 that was nothing but a money pit. This was in the early 90s btw.

I actually did “graduate” high school (got ma GED) ten years ago. I already feel a lot older than I did then.

My greatest automotive regret was the 94 MX-6 that I did buy. It was a total basket case. I paid 2200 for it, put 400 into it, and probably drove it a whopping 400 miles before I scraped it. The worst part is I bought it because I wanted an other car to drive while I swapped the engine on my 91 Civic, but the Mazda was such a turd I never got to swap my Civic.

It probably doesn’t match the WRX in performance and sound (i love the boxer engine) but I’m 100% sure the BMW is a much nice place to be in.
